Backer Surveys

You will receive your surveys shortly! This time, we’re doing things a little differently. When you open your survey, you will already have the pledge items you are entitled to in your cart as add-ons. For example, if you are in the $50 “Agent” pledge level, you will have “Warehouse 13: The Game” in your cart as an add-on (you will see this reflected at the end of your survey). The $50 you pledged on Kickstarter has been applied as credit to this add-on. You will then have the option to add additional copies of the game or other items at an additional cost.

We’re doing it this way in order to accurately calculate the weight-based shipping cost of your order. As mentioned on the campaign page, all backers will need to pay shipping through BackerKit. You will see the amount owed for shipping at the end of the survey. Once you’ve paid your shipping costs and completed your survey, you’ll be all set!

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!  

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

 

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.

BackerKit Update - Surveys and Pre-Order Store

Greetings once again, fellow Agents of Warehouse 13: The Board Game and potential Agents. We have a special notice for you, no matter in which category you reside.

If you are a Current Backer (including $1 pledges) of W13:TBG on Kickstarter, then as Update #13 mentioned, you will be getting a survey from us before the end of October, which will allow us to collect your shipping costs and information. The survey will allow you to upgrade your Knock Knock $1 pledge to the Agent $50 level (+shipping) to get a copy of the game. You can also add on to your existing pledge to snag, bag, and tag additional copies as gifts for someone special. We would like to reiterate that multiple copies of the game stack really well with regards to shipping fees—in some countries, the second game ships literally for free. Preliminary artwork is also online for the token bag, which you will also be able to add on during the survey. So, Current Backers, sit tight for now, stay tuned for that survey, and share the next paragraph with your non-backer friends.

If you missed our Kickstarter campaign, do not despair. You too can become an Agent and get your own personal slice of endless wonder. Our pre-order store is online now. For a limited time, pre-orders will include the Leena KS exclusive content and be sold at the KS price of $50 (+shipping) per copy. But remember, there's always a downside: once we place our production order with the factory, this special incentive will be gone.

Status Update #13 - and it's a big one!

Because more than 10% of you are first time Backers, and because every Kickstarter (KS) campaign is different, we thought we should tell you what to expect as we move into the production phase.

KS has already processed the majority of your credit cards. There are still a few that they have been unable to process, so please make sure the card you gave them is in working order.

Within the next couple of weeks, KS will send us your payments, which we will use to manufacture your games. The production process typically takes around 4-6 months, which includes the following:

• getting high-quality images from NBC

• verifying production samples from the factory

• shipping games by cargo ship from the factory to distribution centers

• clearing shipments through customs

We will update you throughout the lengthy manufacturing process.

Before the end of October, you will receive a survey link from BackerKit, our post-campaign pledge manager. This survey is how we will collect your shipping information and fees. You will also be able to add extra copies of the game as well as add-on token bags that we have created especially for the game.

Speaking of shipping, we have finalized our shipping costs. Most of them stayed the same (US, UK, and others) and some even went down (yay for Canada, Australia, and Germany). However, a few did increase. Shipping costs scale very well with purchases of multiple games. For example, UK backers can ship one OR TWO games for $9, 3-4 games for $12, and 5-6 games for $15. Australia backers can ship one game for $14, with each additional copy costing $2-3 more per game.

For those who missed out on our Kickstarter campaign, our pre-order store will launch soon on BackerKit. IMPORTANT!!The pre-order store is for NON-KICKSTARTER CUSTOMERS ONLY!! If you backed us on KS, even at the $1 Knock Knock level, please wait for the BackerKit survey to order your additional copies and/or token bags.
